I’ve been gone for awhile, but during the summer there’s more MLB action than NBA anyway. And one cool thing about baseball – sometimes your ticket buys you extra innings. The other night Houston Astros fans got two games’ worth of play for the price of one. Too bad the final score was Chicago Cubs 8, Astros 6.
5-plus hours on the field is rare, but turns out there were two games that went 18 innings Tuesday night/Wednesday morning. Over at Coors Field, the Arizona Diamondbacks held on to beat the Colorado Rockies 2-1.
